花膠由魚鰾加工。含豐富蛋白質及骨膠原。有滋陰及能加速外科手術病人的傷口癒合。花膠分肚、紮膠及花膠筒三種。
Fish maw is processed from fish stomach. They are rich in protein and collagen. It has nourishing yin and can accelerate wound healing; ideal for post-natal birth for collagen nourishment. Also ideal for enhancing skin supplement and elasticity. There are three kinds of fish maw: the bundles & tubes, flat oval shaped and thick round shaped.
